Trainer

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide effective initial training and cross training for employees, vendors and agency employees if applicable
• Maintain accurate training records and update training materials as necessary to reflect current best practices
• Observe trainee performance and provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback
• Identify skill gaps and escalate training or performance concerns to Leadership
• Support retraining, refresher training, and cross-training as needed due to process or quality changes
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to training consistency and workforce readiness
• Act as a mentor to new employees, fostering a positive, safety-conscious work culture
• All other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• A high school diploma or GED
• Prior experience training and/or mentoring employees in a warehouse setting
• Ability to clearly demonstrate processes and explain expectations to new employees
• Strong communication skills with a patient, supportive coaching style
• Attention to detail and commitment to consistent, repeatable training
• Basic computer skills for training documentation and tracking
• Customer service driven
• Strong team player
