Trainee Officer (Technical Support-Marketing & Sales)

About the role

The Trainee Officer (Technical Support – Marketing & Sales) at Crown Cement PLC supports both the technical and commercial functions of the organization. This entry-level role is designed to develop practical knowledge of cement products, customer requirements, and market dynamics while assisting the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.

Responsibilities

• To build and maintain close relationship with product influencers.
• To arrange technical seminars/workshops/meets for engineers, architects, contractors and other influencers.
• Visit different govt. Office and other offices for orientation of Crown Cement.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
• To assist the Sales team regarding technical aspect.
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters concern project sites.
• To carry out all other relevant and rational assignment at times by the supervisor.
• Work sincerely to achieve monthly site convert and consumption targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) with major in Civil Engineering, OR Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Age: 22 - 37 years.
• Male candidates only.

Experience and skills

• 1 - 2 years of experience in the cement industry (freshers are allowed to apply).
• Area of Business: Cement, Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry).
