Responsibilities

• Undergo structured training and gain comprehensive knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Distribution, and overall business operations.
• Work closely with experienced professionals and management to develop strong business acumen and leadership capabilities.
• Take responsibility for assigned sales territories, market development activities, and business objectives.
• Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, distributors, and key customers.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop a broader understanding of organizational operations.
• Demonstrate initiative in identifying problems, proposing solutions, and taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
• Gradually take on greater responsibilities and lead teams, projects, and business initiatives based on performance and potential.
• Develop the skills required to make effective business decisions and manage people, resources, and operational challenges.
• Take part in leadership development initiatives.

• Age: 22 - 32 years
• Gender: Male
• Training/Course: MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts (BA)
• Concentration/Major: Graduate/Masters in any discipline

Experience and Skills

• 1 - 2 years (Freshers are allowed to apply)
• Area of Expertise: Sales & Marketing
• Area of Business: Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
