Responsibilities
- Locate, attract and identify qualified candidates that support client needs in designated regional areas.
- Creatively source candidates on a daily basis.
- Profile and interview candidates on the phone and in person to determine fit to current and future hiring needs.
- Submit qualified candidates for openings.
- Candidate care throughout the placement and post placement process to encourage referrals.
- Thoroughly and accurately document candidates in applicant tracking system.
Requirements
- High degree of people interface.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment while achieving personal production goals.
- Internal drive and work ethic to achieve above and beyond company goals.
- Strong computer literacy – Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus.
- Previous recruiting or outside sales experience is a plus.

Skills
High degree of people interface, excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a team environment, internal drive and work ethic, strong computer literacy, previous recruiting or outside sales experience.
