About the role

The Flow Development Program is a selective, 6-month rotational experience that trains one exceptional associate in the West Territory, providing broad exposure to how our business operates across Western Carolinas. This is the inaugural cohort, and the beginning of a talent pipeline that will grow with the company.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through all key areas of the business, including Operations & Logistics, Sales & Building Customer Partnerships, Purchasing & Supply Chain, Marketing & Business Development, Leadership & Professional Development.
  • Gain deep knowledge across Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, Building Customer Partnerships, and more.
  • Transition into a permanent role where you can build a real career and potentially grow into leadership.
  • Opportunity for an additional 1–4 months of specialized experience in Sales Office, Showroom, and/or Purchasing for top-performing team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Associate's degree in the plumbing trade (plumbing only at this time) can be in lieu of the Bachelor's degree requirement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Willingness to learn and work across multiple departments.
  • Ability to work in warehouse, office, and customer-facing environments.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Willingness to relocate upon program completion.
