Trailer Mechanic

Responsibilities

- The ability to diagnose failures and make repairs on mechanical, electrical or other various systems on a tank trailer. - Tank service and repair - Trailer suspension installation and repair - Experience with air brake systems and repairs - Welding experience, aluminum or stainless (optional) - Ability to effectively and efficiently inspect tanks and trailers to align with DOT standards

Requirements

- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds - Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds - Fit through a tank trailer manhole - Work in confined spaces

Pay

Pay Range: $24.00 to $41.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Skill-based pay rate reviews and potential increases every 6 months.

Schedule

Shift Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
