Role Overview: The Traffic Signal and Lighting Project Manager oversees municipal and DOT infrastructure projects, coordinating field crews and serving as the primary contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.Coordinate daily field activities of signal and lighting technicians, managing schedules and manpower.Respond to municipal service calls and support maintenance projects with professionalism.Ensure safety standards are met and projects are completed efficiently.Support project tracking through scheduling, documentation, and reporting.Communicate proactively with clients, municipalities, and project teams.Build strong relationships with stakeholders and represent the organization professionally. Qualifications & Skills 1-3 years of project management experience in traffic signal, roadway lighting, electrical construction, or public infrastructure projects.Experience working in construction or infrastructure environments, managing field crews and multiple project components.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with customer service orientation.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Preferred experience with traffic signal systems, DOT projects, ITS, and supervising field technicians.
