Traffic Project Manager

About the role

The Transportation Services Department at Barry Isett & Associates (Isett) is seeking a Project Manager with 5 to 15 years of Traffic Engineering and Analysis experience, including PennDOT approval experience. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor transportation engineers, manage various projects, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor transportation engineers
• Manage a variety of transportation projects
• Build trusted relationships with municipal, institutional, and private-sector clients
• Deliver a full range of transportation services for municipalities, school districts, and private-sector clients, including Traffic Impact Studies, Safety Studies & Audits, Traffic Signal Retiming, Traffic Signal Design, Traffic Calming Design, School-Zone Design, Intersection Design, and PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permitting (HOP) Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• Synchro & HCS experience
• Technical knowledge and/or previous experience in areas such as equipment selection and cost estimating
