Traffic Shipping Clerk

What You Will Do

• Perform Inventory transactions needed to prepare parts for shipments
• Process DWOR's
• Process shipments in SAP for multiple shipment areas (20-40 shipments per day)
• Complete Drop Shipments
• Perform transaction to move hardware from inventory to shipping
• Process 60-80 MSO, Pass-through shipments per day.

What You Will Bring

• A high school diploma/GED with 1-3 years of experience
• Computer Skills with an understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• SAP experience preferred
• Able to work flexible hours
• Must be available to support weekends when needed
• Aerospace shipping experience preferred
• Inventory experience preferred

Work Requirements

• This role is considered an on-site position located in Rockford, IL
• You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours
• Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 0% of travel is required
• Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required
