About the role
The Traffic Safety Fiscal Assistant is a grant-funded position housed at the Florida Department of Transportation, reporting directly to the Traffic Safety Administrator. The role is responsible for tracking and processing subgrants and claims for reimbursements.
Responsibilities
- Track and process subgrants and claims for reimbursements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Previous experience as a staff assistant, support staff, secretary, and/or related work experience involving office operations and management assistance
- Professional and non‑professional experience may substitute on a year‑for‑year basis for the required college education
- Valid Florida Driver License

Pay
Competitive salary of $41,200.00.
