As a Traffic Coordinator at Four Hands, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Support the Traffic Lead with day-to-day traffic operations, including service-level agreements, transit times, carrier scorecards, freight invoices, freight rate negotiations, and regular reporting
- Create and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and export paperwork (NAFTA Certificates)
- Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments with carriers and customer logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain truck schedules, shipment files, and respond to internal customer inquiries regarding shipment status
- Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to ensure transactional accuracy
- Provide accurate shipment and export details to Customer Service
- Report goals, operational procedures, and position responsibilities to shipping and traffic associates

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience working with shipping documents, including bills of lading, manifests, and carrier paperwork
- Strong computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with drivers, carriers, and internal teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and occasionally walking the floor to verify shipments and loads
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hours
Schedule
Shift Time: 8AM - 4:30PM, Monday to Friday
