Transportation Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Maintains communications between vehicle drivers and transportation office.
- Prepares accident and injury reports promptly and accurately.
- Sets up and coordinates extra routes according to the collective bargaining agreement.
- Manages and maintains records for drivers and vehicles.
- Monitors and coordinates the truck check-in process.
- Serves as the primary point of contact between drivers and customer service.
- Handles other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in transportation or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions and relay information in a fast-paced environment.
- Functional knowledge in supply chain management.
- Deadline-oriented and problem-solving abilities.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods and operate a computer.
Qualifications
- Physical ability to sit for long periods.
- Proficiency in using a computer.

Pay & Schedule
