Traffic Control Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of traffic controllers on pavement preservation projects.
• Develop, implement, and adjust traffic control plans specific to surface maintenance operations.
• Cookordination with pavement preservation crews, project managers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic control activities, work logs, and safety reports.

Requirements

• 1+ year of TC Lead experience
• 4+ Years Experience in traffic control, preferably in roadway maintenance or pavement preservation.
• Knowledge of traffic laws, work zone signage, and pavement preservation operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to assess risks and adjust traffic control measures under dynamic work conditions.
• Certifications in Traffic Control, Work Zone Safety, and First Aid are preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a Valid Drivers License
