Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of traffic controllers on pavement preservation projects.
- Develop, implement, and adjust traffic control plans specific to surface maintenance operations.
- Cook up coordination with pavement preservation crews, project managers, and local authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of traffic control activities, work logs, and safety reports.
Requirements
- Experience in traffic control, preferably in roadway maintenance or pavement preservation.
- Knowledge of traffic laws, work zone signage, and pavement preservation operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to assess risks and adjust traffic control measures under dynamic work conditions.
- Certifications in Traffic Control, Work Zone Safety, and First Aid are preferred.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have a Valid Drivers License.
