Trading Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Absorb the clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of all trades, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Collaborate closely with traders, brokers, finance teams, custodians, and others to ensure smooth and efficient trade settlements.
• Partner with software engineers to further automate and enhance workflows, improving operational efficiency.
• Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Aid in the building and implementation of new systems and controls to streamline operations.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of experience in a trading operations role.
• Understanding of fixed income products.
• Experience with SQL is preferred.
