Trading Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pre-market and regulatory processes to support daily trading activities.
• Manage trade clearance, settlement, and reconciliation activities.
• Investigate and resolve operational exceptions and trade-related issues.
• Liaise with counterparties, clients, and third-party service providers.
• Support process enhancements, automation initiatives, and operational controls.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in trading operations, trade support, middle office, or back-office operations within a bank, broker-dealer, or trading firm.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Settlements experience required; Corporate Actions experience is a plus.
• Experience with SQL required; Python experience is a plus.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
