Trades Pro Representative (In-Store, B2B sales)
About the role
As a Trades Pro Representative, you'll serve as the primary sales resource for local contractors, small businesses, schools, municipalities, and government organizations. This is an hourly, in-store, incentive-eligible sales role that combines business development, account management, and consultative selling from within our retail store environment. You'll build lasting customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, cold call leads, prepare quotes, and help commercial customers find the tools, equipment, and solutions they need to keep their operations running. Unlike traditional retail positions, you'll own customer relationships, grow business within your market, and play a direct role in expanding Northern Tool + Equipment's commercial customer base, all while enjoying a predictable Monday‑Friday schedule.
