Essential Functions
- Conducts preliminary trademark searches
- Prosecutes U.S. and foreign trademark applications
- Maintains U.S. and foreign trademark registrations
- Captures with foreign counsel to establish, maintain, and enforce trademark portfolios
- Affords attorneys with opposition and cancellation proceedings support
- Regularly provides clients with status updates
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing a large trademark (foreign and domestic) portfolio
- Prior experience drafting trademark applications and e-filing documents required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
