About the role

We are seeking a Trademark Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and drafting skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on trademark issues
• Prepare and review trademark applications
• Assist with the prosecution of trademark registrations
• Monitor and report on trademark infringement
• Manage trademark portfolios

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in good standing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
