- Represent the company professionally at trade shows, events, and exhibitions
- Actively engage event attendees, initiate conversations, and qualify potential customers
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly communicate features, benefits, and value proposition
- Drive the full sales process on the event floor, including handling objections and closing sales
- Build rapport with customers and generate repeat business and referrals
- Capture leads and maintain accurate customer information
- Identify and submit new event opportunities within your assigned region
- Follow company sales processes, compliance standards, and event expectations
- Communicate regularly with leadership regarding performance, insights, and opportunities
- Work independently to manage your schedule, region, and sales pipeline
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven or demonstrated ability in B2C or direct sales (event or one-conversation close experience preferred)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to engage and build trust with a wide range of customers
Self-motivated with a competitive, results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable using basic software and learning new systems
Professional appearance and demeanor
Work Environment & Schedule
Part-time, event-based role
Primarily weekends and travel to local or regional events required
Ability to attend multiple events per month; minimum of 12 annually preferred
Reliable transportation required
Compensation
100% commission-based structure
Unlimited earning potential based on performance, effort, and results
Higher earnings achieved through consistent event participation, strong closing ability, and customer follow-up
