Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain electrician, General contractor, plumber or HVAC contractor licenses.
- ability to pass required training and examinations to obtain certifications and licenses.
- knowledge and understanding of the multi-site facility management industry.
- Expertise in management of commercial and residential projects.
- Experience in state requirements for license application, renewal, and licensing change.
- Ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Partner with finance and accounting teams regarding invoicing and payments to ensure accurate and timely license applications and renewals.
- Attention to detail in tracking licensing due dates and timelines pertaining to applications, changes in licenses, and renewals.
- Strong communication skills & experience working with local and state licensing organizations to apply for and secure required company licenses.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and functional leadership.

Requirements, Skills & Knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in construction, telecommunications, cable, or related fields.
- 5-10 years of industry experience.
- Results-driven with the ability to work independently to fulfill business needs.
