Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain electrician, General contractor, plumber or HVAC contractor licenses.
  • ability to pass required training and examinations to obtain certifications and licenses.
  • knowledge and understanding of the multi-site facility management industry.
  • Expertise in management of commercial and residential projects.
  • Experience in state requirements for license application, renewal, and licensing change.
  • Ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams regarding invoicing and payments to ensure accurate and timely license applications and renewals.
  • Attention to detail in tracking licensing due dates and timelines pertaining to applications, changes in licenses, and renewals.
  • Strong communication skills & experience working with local and state licensing organizations to apply for and secure required company licenses.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior executives and functional leadership.
  • Ensure a positive company image by working closely with industry, business, community

Requirements, Skills & Knowledge

  • Demonstrated experience in construction, telecommunications, cable, or related fields.
  • 5-10 years of industry experience.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work independently to fulfill business needs.
  • Intellectual agility: adept at seeking input, making connections, and recognizing patterns that support effective decision-making.
