About the role

ServeWorth is seeking two highly motivated Trade Developers (TDRs) to join our dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. As a Trade Developer, you will be responsible for expanding our market footprint by recruiting and managing local agents (Wakala). Your primary goal is to drive customer acquisition and sales growth, ensuring our products reach their target audience effectively while maintaining high standards of service. The role involves continuous monitoring and coaching of agents to ensure performance targets are met.
