Trade Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support U.S. import/export compliance operations
• Maintain import/export manuals and perform regular audits
• Manage item master data (HTS, Country of Origin, license status)
• Partner with engineering and procurement on new product compliance
• Avoid inaccurate filing of import/export records
• Provide Free Trade Agreement (FTA) data to customers as needed
• Affirm government licensing applications
• Monitor and manage internal trade compliance systems
• Maintain compliance with CTPAT, ITAR, and EAR regulations
• Complete required annual import/export training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or 4+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
