We’re seeking a Trade Compliance Manager to lead and elevate our global compliance program while supporting continued international growth. What You’ll DoLead global trade compliance strategy, policies, and internal controlsEnsure compliance with U.S. and international regulations (Customs, EAR, ITAR, OFAC)Serve as the internal subject matter expert and advisor to leadershipOversee import/export classifications (HTS, ECCN), documentation, and auditsManage denied party screening and export controlsLead Free Trade Zone (FTZ) operations in Rockford, ILConduct audits, risk assessments, and drive continuous improvementDevelop and train a high-performing compliance team What You Bring5+ years in trade compliance or global tradeStrong knowledge of U.S. regulations, classification systems, and FTZ operationsLeadership experience preferredBachelor’s degree in a related field preferredCertifications (CCS, CES, LCB, CTPAT) a plusAbility to work onsite 4 days/week What You’ll GetCompetitive salary + incentives – 100K to 135K + incentivesComprehensive health, dental, vision & 401(k)Generous PTO + holidays + volunteer timePaid parental leave & tuition assistanceScholarship program (up to $8K/year for dependents)Collaborative, growth-focused global environment Why Join?Make a global impact in a highly visible role where you’ll shape compliance strategy, drive operational excellence, and grow your career.
