Trade Compliance Manager

Job Summary

Reporting to the entity's Trade Compliance Director, the Trade Compliance Manager 2, delegated by the GBU/CBU Trade Compliance Director, helps to ensure that the entity's activities comply with all regulations relating to export controls (national and international applicable to its field), restrictive measures (sectoral or general) and, where applicable, customs regulations.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the deployment and implementation of the entity's Trade Compliance program
• Ensure the continuity of the entity's activities
• Protect the entity against any risk of non-compliance

Requirements

• Permanent Experience: 15-22 years
• CCNL Met/Ind A1 Category
• Salary Range: € 55.144,19 – 74.549,00 VC up to 12%
• Company Contribution to Pension Insurance (CIPI): up to 2.186€
• Performance Bonus (PDR): Up to 4.050€

Qualifications

• Full compliance with international laws and regulations governing export controls and restrictive measures
• Experience in managing compliance programs
• Strong understanding of export control regulations and customs regulations

Pay

Salary range: € 55.144,19 – 74.549,00 VC up to 12%
