We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes TPWD MISSION, HIRING CONTACT, PHYSICAL WORK ADDRESS, GENERAL DESCRIPTION, MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTIONS, PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, WORKING CONDITIONS, plus notes about application instructions (which we must remove). Also we must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. However we need to map content to these headings appropriately. The instruction: "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It suggests we can use those headings if appropriate, but we must include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections we have content for. We have: - About the role: could be GENERAL DESCRIPTION (mission, hiring contact, physical address). Could be "About the role" includes mission, hiring contact, address, general description. - Responsibilities: could be the duties listed in GENERAL DESCRIPTION (coordination, administration, promotion, etc.) So we can put responsibilities under

Responsibilities

with
  • . - Requirements: could be MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (education, experience, licensure). Also ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTIONS maybe part of requirements. - Qualifications: maybe PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS. - Skills: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (knowledge, skills, abilities). Could be split into Skills and maybe Knowledge but we can put under Skills. - Benefits: not mentioned. No benefits info. So we should not create Benefits section. - Pay: not mentioned. So omit. - Schedule: WORKING CONDITIONS includes schedule (8-5 M-F, overtime, travel). So we can have Schedule section. We must not repeat job title as heading. Also we must not include Job ID etc. We should fold minor metadata into a short

We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format them. The posting includes a note about "PLEASE NOTE: All applications must include complete job history..." and "NOTE: Volunteer experie" (cut off). Those are application instructions, must be removed. Under the supervision of the Program Director for Private Lands and Public Hunting, this position performs highly complex (senior-level) administrative and supervisory program work.

But maybe we should keep the GENERAL DESCRIPTION as responsibilities, not about role. The "About the role" could include mission, hiring contact, address, and a brief summary. The GENERAL DESCRIPTION includes responsibilities; we can split. Better: About the role: mission, hiring contact, address, and a brief overview (the first sentence of GENERAL DESCRIPTION). Then Responsibilities: the bullet list of duties. Let's extract the first sentence of GENERAL DESCRIPTION: "Under the supervision of the Program Director for Private Lands and Public Hunting, this position performs highly complex (senior-level) administrative and supervisory program work." That's a good summary. Then Responsibilities: the rest of the GENERAL DESCRIPTION after that sentence. Let's list responsibilities: - Responsible for the coordination, administration, and promotion of the Department's Public Hunting Program, including the small game lease program. - Coordinates with field staff to develop proposals for public hunts and regulation changes. - Assists with preparation and presentation of regulations for commission approval of public hunting seasons and regulations. - Coordinates with field staff and headquarters staff of both the Wildlife and State Parks Divisions in the preparation, publication, and distribution of informational materials pertaining to the Public Hunting Program. - Coordinates with field staff in executing and servicing lease agreements for public hunting lands. - Oversees the collection of data concerning public hunts and the preparation of related reports. - Investigates options to secure additional funding and to improve cost effectiveness of public hunts. - Oversees operation of the Public Hunt Draw system. - Responsible for the supervision of 3 to 5 program staff or contract positions. - Works under limited supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. - Performs additional duties as assigned. - Complies with all Agency, Division and Branch rules, regulations and procedures. We'll put each as
  • . Now Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS plus maybe note about license retention. We'll include Education, Experience, Licensure, and note. We could format as
    • Education: ...
    • Experience: ...
    • Licensure: ...
    • Note: Retention of position contingent upon obtaining and maintaining required license.
    • Acceptable Substitutions could be part of Requirements as well, maybe under Requirements as additional notes. But we could also put under Requirements as separate list. Qualifications: PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS. Skills: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES. We'll separate knowledge and skills? But we can just list all as
    • under Skills. Schedule: WORKING CONDITIONS. We must not include Benefits, Pay. Now ensure we don't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. We'll start with

      About the role

then paragraphs. Make sure to preserve all substantive information: mission, hiring contact, address, the summary sentence, responsibilities list, minimum qualifications, acceptable substitutions, preferred qualifications, knowledge/skills/abilities, working conditions. We must not duplicate lines. Ensure we don't repeat the mission etc. Let's craft. Note: The mission statement is a sentence; we can put as

TPWD MISSION: To manage and conserve the natural and cultural resources of Texas and to provide hunting, fishing and outdoor recreation opportunities for the use and enjoyment of present and future generations.

Similarly for hiring contact and address. Now responsibilities: we need to capture all duties. Ensure we include "Responsible
