(FT) Program Supervisor

About the role

Mentor Community Services, a part of the Sevita family, provides community‑based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Program Supervisor role is critical to expanding access to services and developing effective supports for individuals with a range of intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP).
• Perform administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting program participants.
• Provide direct support to individuals, including meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Split duties among direct support, professional/program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Any required licensure or certification as mandated by regulatory authority.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and service recipients.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing and schedules.

Pay

$19.31 per hour.

Schedule

Full‑time, part‑time, and as‑needed shifts are available.
