About the role

The Program Manager, Workforce is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of workforce strategies that support organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of workforce initiatives.
• Monitor and report on workforce metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather input and feedback on workforce planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management or related field.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications
