About the role
The Program Manager, Workforce is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of workforce strategies that support organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute workforce strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of workforce initiatives.
- Monitor and report on workforce metrics to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement to gather input and feedback on workforce planning.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in workforce management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in workforce management or related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Qualifications
- Experience with workforce planning tools and software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to workforce management.
