Program Manager, Workforce Planning

This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Own the Workforce Planning operating calendar and cadence
• Track plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and actions across workstreams
• Manage the Enablement & Adoption operating model and infrastructure
• Challenge unclear objectives; escalate risks with solutions
• Package and distribute Workforce Planning insights and materials effectively
• Leverage Talent Acquisition to disseminate Workforce Planning content
• Create and uphold templates and self-service resources for the team

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management or strategy operations
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Ability to create clear plans and timelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership materials
• Proficient in risk management and dependency tracking
• Strong attention to detail with an ability for follow-through
• Comfortable using data and feedback for tracking delivery
• Experience with automation and AI tools in operational workflows

Pay

$143,800 – $194,600 annually
