Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions for tours and events
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness of cash handling areas
• Adhere to Sage Hospitality Group policies and procedures

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license (if applicable)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
