Job Overview
As a Cashier at LV Petroleum, your primary responsibility will be to handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently. You will serve as the face of our company, providing exceptional service that keeps customers coming back.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Transaction Processing: Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system
Maintain Clean & Organized Space: Keep the cashier area tidy and well-stocked for a pleasant customer experience
Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers
Collaborate with Team: Work alongside team members to ensure effective operations and a supportive work environment
Inventory Responsibilities: Assist with inventory management and restocking of items as necessary
Requirements
Experience: Prior experience in a cashier or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory
Skills: Strong math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Excellent communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with colleagues. Dependability: Must be punctual and reliable; willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Teamwork: A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team-oriented environment
