About the role
iHeartMedia is the number one audio company in America, reaching 90% of Americans every month. We manage custom schedules, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure ads are scheduled accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop custom schedules based on deadlines, workflows, and client requirements.
- Communicate timely updates to TTWN teams regarding over-delivered and under-delivered schedules.
- Maintain accurate documentation of scheduling issues and tracking.
- Clear inventory for accounts that have not placed ads.
- Investigate system or order issues that prevent ads from scheduling.
- Stay current on all processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Adjust schedules as needed for the current week and upcoming flight week.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task, interpret requests, prioritize, and organize effectively.
- Exceptional interpersonal and technical communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new programs quickly.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction, while also being a strong team player.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure.
- Knowledge of traffic operations is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including potential for late evenings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
