About the Role

As the Total Rewards & Payroll Specialist at Koroseal Interior Products, you will lead the administration of payroll, benefits, HR systems, and employee total rewards programs that support the attraction, retention, and engagement of our creators. This role combines technical expertise with employee support to ensure accurate payroll processing, effective benefits administration, and a positive employee experience. Based on-site at our Medina Corporate Office, this in-person position reports to the Manager, Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Administration
    • Process and audit U.S. and Canadian payroll accurately and timely.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local payroll regulations.
    • Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end processing activities.
    • Respond to payroll-related employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
    • Develop and maintain payroll procedures and internal controls.
  • Benefits Administration
    • Administer company benefit programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness offerings.
    • Manage employee enrollments, life events, terminations, and benefit changes.
    • Reconcile carrier invoices and payroll deductions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for benefit vendors and brokers.
    • Coordinate and lead annual open enrollment activities.
  • HRIS Administration
    • Serve as the primary administrator for Paylocity and related HR technology platforms.
    • Manage system configuration, workflows, reporting, and data integrity.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
    • Support ongoing system enhancements and employee self-service functionality.
  • Compensation & Total Rewards
    • Assist with compensation analysis and salary administration programs.
    • Support annual merits, bonuses, and compensation review processes.
    • Develop employee communications regarding benefits and total rewards offerings.
    • Analyze trends and provide recommendations related to employee rewards programs.
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Generate payroll, benefits, workforce, and compliance reporting.
    • Support internal and external audits.
    • Analyze data and provide insights to HR leadership and business leaders.
    • Maintain documentation and records supporting compliance requirements.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of payroll, benefits, total rewards, or HR operations experience.
  • Experience administering multi-state and international payroll.
  • Experience with Paylocity strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of payroll tax regulations, benefits administration, and employment laws.
