Job Duties

  • Manage and update compensation frameworks across the US and EMEA, including salary structures and incentive plans.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and pay analyses to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders on compensation decisions, promotions, and annual review cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with pay transparency and pay equity regulations across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee benefits administration across both regions (health, retirement, wellness, leave programs) with a heavy focus on the US.
  • Manage vendor relationships and optimize benefit offerings for cost-effectiveness and employee value.
  • Monitor trends and recommend enhancements to improve employee experience.
  • Immigration Lead for the US, ensuring all visa requests are managed in line with all compliance requirements.
  • Partner with external providers to deliver efficient and compliant mobility solutions.
  • Ensure all programs comply with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EMEA employment legislation and regulatory changes.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and leadership to align total rewards with business strategy.
  • Provide insights and analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Drive harmonization where appropriate while respecting regional differences.
  • Lead or contribute to global HR and total rewards initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in total rewards, including international scope.
  • Strong expertise in EMEA labor laws and employment practices (required).
  • Demonstrated experience managing compensation, benefits, and mobility programs across multiple countries.
  • Knowledge of US Benefits practices and regulatory environment.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
