About the role

The Total Rewards Coordinator provides day-to-day administrative and operational support for IDEX’s total rewards function. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, this role assists with benefits and compensation programs through administration, vendor coordination, and data maintenance. This position is well-suited for an early-career HR professional seeking to build foundational knowledge in total rewards while gaining exposure to a variety of core HR programs and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily administration of company benefits programs, including enrollments, updates, and employee inquiries
  • Maintain the benefits email inbox, ensuring timely and accurate responses
  • Partner with HR colleagues to resolve employee benefits issues and questions
  • Assist with administration of U.S. leave of absence processes, including tracking and documentation
  • Support benefit plan billing, including reconciliation and coordination with vendors
  • Collaborate with outsourced benefits administration vendors on day-to-day employee and system issues
  • Aid in the preparation and submission of compensation surveys
  • Coordinate with internal and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of employee recognition and bonus programs
  • Provide coordination support for relocation programs
  • Generate standard and ad hoc reports to support total rewards programs and reporting needs
  • Liaise with internal and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery
  • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Total Rewards, or administrative support role preferred
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) is a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and take direction

Pay

The starting compensation for this position is $30.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for performance-based bonus plan.
