Torts and Products Liability Litigation Attorneys
Overview
Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking experienced attorneys to join our Bay Area-based team remotely. A minimum of three years of experience in tort and products liability litigation is preferred, but we welcome all experience levels to apply. Candidates should have experience in the practice areas of Tort, General Liability, Products Liability, Catastrophic and Personal Injury. Excellent academic credentials with proven skills in writing, analysis and research are required. Candidates will work closely with a seasoned attorney who brings extensive trial experience, having successfully handled numerous cases to verdict. These include complex product liability disputes, mass torts, class actions, multi-district litigation, business torts, unfair competition claims, high-stakes (“bet-the-company”) litigation, consumer protection matters, and breach of fiduciary duty cases. His client portfolio features several Fortune 100 companies across industries such as automotive, consumer goods, aviation, and financial services.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a seasoned attorney who brings extensive trial experience, having successfully handled numerous cases to verdict.
- Handle complex product liability disputes, mass torts, class actions, multi-district litigation, business torts, unfair competition claims, high-stakes (“bet-the-company”) litigation, consumer protection matters, and breach of fiduciary duty cases.
- Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including those involving Fortune 100 companies across industries such as automotive, consumer goods, aviation, and financial services.
- Contribute to the development and execution of legal strategies and solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal advice and support.
- Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Assist in the preparation of discovery materials and participate in depositions and trials.
Requirements
- Licensed in California.
- Minimum of three years of experience in tort and products liability litigation, though all experience levels are welcome.
- Proven skills in writing, analysis, and research.
- Experience in the practice areas of Tort, General Liability, Products Liability, Catastrophic and Personal Injury.

Pay
We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for both discretionary and performance-based bonuses, as well as student loan repayment assistance. Our current national base salary ranges are: Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000; Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000; Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+. Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
