Product Liability Litigation Attorneys

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm, has excellent opportunities in its New York office for experienced litigation attorneys to work in the product liability practice group. A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior client service and foster long-lasting professional relationships within and outside the firm.
• Handle a large case load, including high exposure cases, around the country.
• Preferred candidates should have deposition, oral argument, and mediation experience.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Hard-working, self-motivated, and able to manage a large case load.

Qualifications

• Team player.
• Ability to handle high exposure cases.
• Experience with deposition, oral argument, and mediation.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.

Pay

The firm offers a competitive compensation structure reflecting the wide range of career paths available within the platform. Current national base salary ranges are:

• Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000;
• Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5 years or more): $140,000–$215,000;
• Partners (approximately 7 years or more): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.

The firm offers a flexible schedule, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country.

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $275,000.00 /Yr.
