The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and engaging with customers through various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media
- Create and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms
- Analyze social media performance metrics and report findings to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO and content optimization
- Knowledge of graphic design and video editing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
