Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or related engineering field
  • Minimum of 5 years in relevant experience (propulsion controls, calibration, and/or testing)
  • Previous Hybrid or electrification calibration experience
  • Demonstrated experience with calibration and DVP&R through the complete product cycle
  • Strong technical research and writing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Master’s degree in engineering or business preferred
  • 10 years of experience preferred
  • Experience in the full product life cycle is a plus
  • Reactive and/or DFSS black belt experience preferred
  • HW/SW knowledge and validation/release experience preferred

Pay

The compensation for this position is the range Slate reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; work location; and other relevant business and organizational factors. Base Pay Range (Annual) $108,877.26 - $163,315.90 USD
