Schedule
- 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
- 3.75 hours per day (9:15 a.m.–1:00 p.m.)
- 204 paid work days per year
Pay
Hourly pay range: $23.11 – $28.17.
Requirements
- Open to PYLUSD permanent employees, substitutes, and external applicants
- Must meet one of the following:
- Completion of 48 units of college coursework
- AA degree or higher
- Passage of Instructional Aide Test (ESSA)
- Copy of transcript (degree or unofficial showing 48+ units) or ESSA test results required
- Current resume
- At least two references on application
- Selected candidates must complete a DOJ/FBI LiveScan background check
