Toolmaker
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to decide which content goes into which section.
About the role: maybe the introductory paragraph describing role.
Responsibilities: the list of duties after qualifications (the long list). Could also include some responsibilities from earlier paragraph (analyze specifications, etc). But we can combine.
Requirements: maybe the shift work ability? Actually shift work is schedule. Requirements could be the basic qualifications? But we have Qualifications section for basic qualifications. Requirements could be things like "Ability to work any shift and overtime" etc. However the instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We have Qualifications (basic qualifications). We have Skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office, G-Suite preferred, communication, problem solving, ability to plan sequence, etc). We have Responsibilities (the long list). We have About the role (intro). We have Schedule (shift work). We might not need a separate Requirements section if we already have Qualifications and Skills covering requirements. But we could still include Requirements for things like "Ability to work any shift and overtime" if we treat that as requirement not schedule. However schedule section already covers shift work. Let's decide: We'll put shift work under Schedule.
Thus:
- About the role: intro paragraph (first paragraph maybe up to "Candidate must be able to perform incidental tasks as required to complete the larger task.") Actually that sentence appears both in intro and later. We'll include it once.
- Responsibilities: the long list of duties (starting with "Set-up, service and make program..." etc). Could also include earlier tasks like analyzing specifications etc but those are covered in intro. We'll just use the long list.
- Qualifications: the Basic Qualifications list.
- Skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of G-Suite preferred, excellent communication skills, ability to problem solve, ability to plan sequence of operation and materials required according to knowledge of CAD/CAM, ability to test and inspect tools, etc. Also maybe ability to visualize dimensions etc but that's more responsibility. We'll extract skills from text.
- Schedule: Ability to work any shift and work overtime, including daily, weekends and holidays as required.
We must not repeat content unnecessarily but must preserve all substantive information. So we need to ensure we don't lose any info. Let's list all substantive statements from posting:
