Position Summary
Responsible for training physicians and nurses in the care of children with asthma, including spirometry.
Essential Duties
- Develop the curriculum for and recording of a lecture on the topics of asthma medication adherence and inhaled medication device technique, to be added to the enduring resources of the Asthma Toolkit program
- Partner with the Asthma Toolkit team to revise and improve the program following each training event
- Deliver training in evidence-based guidelines for the care of children with asthma to health care providers at remote primary care clinic sites identified as part of the project activities.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required.
- 10 years of experience with education, spirometry, and medication adherence, including teaching physicians and nurses.
- No special training, certification or licensure required.
Salary Range
$55.00 - $70.00
