Responsibilities
- Educate and mentor nursing staff
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Develop and implement training programs
- Ensure compliance with LTC standards and policies
- Support clinical staff development and competency improvement
- Maintain audit-ready education records
Requirements
- Active NH RN License
- Minimum 2 years RNNPE/Nurse Educator experience in LTCPCC experience required
- Must be willing to work the floor if needed
