Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive nursing education programs
• Evaluate and improve educational materials and methods
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance clinical practice
• Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff
• Conduct research to inform and refine educational strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Current RN license
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
• Experience in adult education and teaching methodologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Passion for improving patient outcomes through education
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

$50,000 - $60,000 annually

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
