About the role
The Tooling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Train and mentor team members in tooling and maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with engineers and technicians to resolve complex equipment issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing tooling and maintenance.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Experience with machine tools and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
