Tooling Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Tooling Specialist to troubleshoot machines, support setups and changeovers, and verify that tooling and calibration devices meet standards. The role involves preparing setups, calibration tools, and providing technical support to production and maintenance teams, with a focus on safety and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and adherence to standards in all tasks.
• Troubleshoot equipment and machinery issues.
• Support setups and changeovers for production.
• Verify tooling and calibration devices meet required standards.
• Maintain and prepare tooling and calibration tools.
• Assist production and maintenance teams with technical support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Proficiency with measurement equipment.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Spanish language skills are a plus.
