Tooling Specialist
or drop it." So we can include location as a short p maybe. We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role (first paragraph). Responsibilities (list of duties). Requirements (the "You have at least 3 years..." etc). Qualifications maybe same as requirements? Could combine. But we need to decide: The posting includes both required and preferred. Could treat Requirements as required, Qualifications as preferred? Or we could have Requirements and Qualifications separate. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But they ask to use headings for those specific names if content exists. We have both required and preferred; we could put required under Requirements, preferred under Qualifications. That seems reasonable. Skills: The posting mentions mechanical aptitude, proficiency with computer systems, etc. Could be under Skills. But we already have those in Requirements. Might be redundant. Perhaps we can put Skills separate: "strong mechanical aptitude, proficiency with MS Office, ERP, tool management software, safe material handling, lifting, etc." But we risk duplication. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we need to keep all info; we can duplicate across sections? That would be repeating info, which might be okay but not ideal. Better to allocate info to appropriate sections without losing any. Let's map: About the role: first paragraph. Responsibilities: the list of duties after "You will". Requirements: the bullet points starting with "You have at least 3 years of experience..." (the required ones). Qualifications: the "Preferred:Prior manufacturing or shop floor experience..." line. Skills: maybe we can extract skills from the requirements: strong mechanical aptitude, understanding of tooling, workholding, shop equipment, safe material handling, experience safely lifting/moving, proficiency with computer systems (MS Office, ERP, tool management software). Could be separate. Benefits: The "In return, we offer" paragraph includes culture, learning, innovation, compensation and benefits. But we need separate Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. Pay: "Base salary ranges from $30 to $40 an hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Annual bonus schedule." That's pay. Benefits: "Generous paid time off (holiday, vacation, and sick time). 401(k) with up to 6% company match. Flexible working hours to support work-life balance." Also maybe "Culture of trust and accountability", "Lifelong learning and career growth", "Innovation powered by people". Those are more like benefits but not typical benefits; but we can include them under Benefits as prose. Schedule: "Flexible working hours to support work-life balance." That's schedule info. Also maybe "On-site" location is not schedule. So schedule: flexible working hours. We also have location: "On-Site This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Voorheesville, United States (US)." Could be a short p after sections. We must not include boilerplate like "site Contact information Talent Acquisition Team: Cassandra Quinn Uniting curious minds..." That's contact info; we can drop or fold into short p. Probably drop. Now construct HTML. We need
for each section heading. Inside each section, we need
for prose, and
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
Let's create:

Now location: we could add a short p after sections:Job location: On‑site at our office in Voorheesville, United States (US).
But instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it." Location is minor metadata; we can include as short p. We must not include any markdown fences. Just output HTML. Check for any repeated content: Skills section duplicates some from Requirements; but we need to preserve all info. The info about mechanical aptitude, understanding, lifting, proficiency appears in Requirements; we also put them in Skills. That's duplication but preserves info. Could we instead not duplicate and put those under Skills only,
