This position is responsible for providing commercial maintenance services to clients in various locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency repairs on commercial facilities
- Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- At least 2 years of related experience in maintenance or repair work
- Knowledge of building systems and equipment
