Two distinct roles are available: Repair and Tool Technician, and Freight/Receiving Associate.

Repair and Tool Technician

Repair and Tool Technicians evaluate and repair small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. They make equipment recommendations and ensure units are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to store customers in Tool Rental, including writing customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs.
• Ensure tools operate properly and demonstrate their proper use as needed.
• Maintain day-to-day operation and upkeep of equipment in the tool rental department.
• In repair centers, ensure units are repaired, tested for quality, and cleaned before returning to the originating store.
• Manage tool inventory by maintaining and repairing tools as necessary.

Requirements

• Thorough knowledge of all tools and equipment.

Freight/Receiving Associate

Associates in Freight/Receiving positions ensure the store is stocked and ready for business every day.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks.
• Move material from the receiving area throughout the store.
• Operate forklifts as needed.
• Maintain proper on-hands and pricing for customers.
• Direct customer interaction with excellent customer service skills.
