About the role

Tool Install Construction Coordinator (Superintendent) with a background in semiconductor tool install coordination. Candidate will have experience performing construction coordination within an operating wafer manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

  • Provide construction coordination within an operating wafer manufacturing facility
  • Work directly with trades contractors and provide field coordination and oversight to meet client schedule and deliverables
  • Manage client expectations and needs in client-facing roles
  • Manage semiconductor tool install scopes of work
  • Work with A&E firms, reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool hook-up

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of construction experience in the semiconductor industry, specific to tool install and progressive build scopes of work
  • Construction Management or Engineering degrees highly encouraged
  • Experience working directly with trades contractors and providing field coordination and oversight to meet client schedule and deliverables
  • Experience working in client-facing roles, managing client expectations and needs
  • Experience managing semiconductor tool install scopes of work
  • Familiarity working with A&E firms, reading and interpreting design packages for semiconductor tool hook-up
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Displayed ability to learn quickly with an internal drive to broaden intellectual knowledge base
  • Comfortable working in cross-matrix organizations comprised of client management, factory management, trade contractors, vendors and 3rd party representatives

Schedule

  • On-site position in Manassas, VA
  • Monday–Friday during core hours (6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.)
  • Some flexibility to work Saturdays when needed

Pay & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $110,000.00 to $140,000.00 (individual pay determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training)
